End User License Agreement
This end user license agreement is a legal agreement between you (either
a private or a legal person) and Kra-Tronic Corp. for the use of the
'Car-Slot Allocation' software, which must only be used, if you have a valid
license for the 'Car-Slot Allocation Program'.
By downloading and installing 'Car-Slot Allocation' software you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
When you purchase one single license key for 'Car-Slot Allocation' software, you are entitled to use it in one premise only.
If you have purchased multiple single licenses for the program, then you can use the program in as many premises as you have licenses.
When you purchase a site license, you are entitled to use the 'Car-Slot Allocation Program' on any buildings of this company (in the same city). A site license is meant for a single unit of a company. A company unit can have several buildings in a city. To use the 'Car-Slot Allocation Program' in different branches (normally located in different cities) a worldwide license is needed.
When you purchase a worldwide license, you are entitled to use the 'Car-Slot Allocation Program' in any site owned by one company.
A site license or a worldwide license does not cover premises outside the company
Kra-Tronic Corp. disclaims responsibility of any loss (including but not limited to direct or indirect loss in consequence of personal injury, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of business information or other financial losses) arising out of the use of or inability to use 'Car-Slot Allocation' software. In any case, Kra-Tronic Corp. entire liability under any provision of this agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the license key.
Car-Slot Allocation' software is not sold but is given in license. The software is owned by Kra-Tronic Corp. and is protected by Swiss copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the software like any other copyrighted product.
An attempt shall be made to resolve by negotiation any disputes arising in relation to this agreement, or any circumstances deriving from the agreement. If this is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be settled by arbitration in Switzerland under Swiss law.
